Winy Maas Update...

I do not want to say too much and then have to recant on it all later, but apparently Kent State CAED has reached an aggrement with Winy Maas of MVRDV, designers of the new CIA school. He will be coming in multiple times this summer as a visiting critic to review our projects. Also, word is that he wants to create a book/publication on our studio project in conjuction with MVRDV's work at CIA.

Very exciting to consider the possibility that our work may end up in a book made by Winy and MVRDV.

In other news, I got quoted on CoolCleveland (scroll down about 3/4 of the way down to Emmissions from the Blogosphere) , and Steven Litt agrees with everyone else, the Amritrust Tower was screwed from the start.
